Key module · Lifecycle Board
Every solar project, by stage, on one board
The Lifecycle Board shows every project from first request to final handover, in Kanban or list view, with capacity, CAPEX, risk and owner on each card. Moves between stages are gated by role and recorded every time.

Six things the Lifecycle Board shows at a glance
Kanban and list views
Cards by stage for the day-to-day, or a list with CAPEX per project and per stage.
Stage columns
Total kWp, average time in stage and an 8-week trend at the top of every column.
Risk on every card
Red, Amber or Green on each project, with tiles that count projects and kWp at each rating.
Pipeline by date
Group by planned install or handover year, with a quarterly breakdown and quick ranges.
Portfolio totals
Capacity by class, portfolio CAPEX, and how many sites are live against in flight.
Owners
Every project’s asset manager, with a filter, a grouping and one-click reassignment.

See where the money is, stage by stage
Switch to the list and the board becomes a CAPEX view: every project grouped by stage, with its capacity and CAPEX, a subtotal for each stage and a quick way to see who is assigned.
- CAPEX per project and per stage
- Assignees on every row
- Portfolio CAPEX and live against in-flight counts at the top

Know what is due this quarter, by install or handover date
The pipeline tiles show what is planned this year, next year and in each quarter of the year, by install date or handover date. Pick a quick range or set your own, and the board filters to match.
- This year, next year, past and unscheduled tiles
- Quarterly breakdown for the selected year
- Next 30, 60 or 90 days, each half-year, or a custom range

Make sure every project has an owner
Group the board by asset manager to see who holds what, filter to one person’s projects, and reassign in a click. Projects without an asset manager are grouped together so they stand out.
- Projects and capacity per asset manager
- Filter the whole board to one asset manager
- Reassign from the list; unassigned projects shown separately

Can we rename or reorder the stages?
Yes. In Settings you can rename stages, reorder them, set a target number of days and choose which role approves each one. Stage keys stay the same, so history is kept.
What does average time in stage show?
How long projects have spent in that stage on average, with an 8-week trend underneath.
Can we see one asset manager’s projects?
Yes. Filter the board by asset manager, or group the list by asset manager and reassign projects from there.
What happens to projects that do not go ahead?
They move to Not Proceeding and are left out of installed and pipeline totals.
Can we bring in our existing pipeline?
Yes. Use New / Import to add projects in bulk from Excel or CSV.
