Key module · Reporting Dashboard
The portfolio view your board and investors can read
The Reporting Dashboard is a read-only overview of every project across the lifecycle, built for board and investor sessions. Health headlines, risk filters and breakdowns sit on one page, with print, CSV and PDF exports and signed links for investors.

Six things the Reporting Dashboard puts on one page
Health headlines
Red, Amber and Green counts with a change indicator, and top developers and operators by kWp.
Risk filters
Tiles for each rating with project counts and kWp, each opening a list.
Date and more filters
Installation or handover date ranges, codes, developer, operator and manufacturers.
Breakdowns
By developer, operator, panel and inverter manufacturer, and asset manager.
Investor share links
Signed, read-only links to the portfolio, a class or a project, with an expiry.
Exports and checks
Print, CSV and PDF, plus a warning and one-click fix when statuses disagree.

Cut the portfolio the way the question is asked
Pick a date range on installation or handover date, add filters for codes, developer, operator or manufacturer, and the breakdown tables update to match. The answer to the next question is one filter away.
- Date range on installation or handover date
- More filters: unit and property code, developer, operator, panel and inverter manufacturer
- Breakdowns by developer, operator, manufacturer and asset manager

Share a live view, and decide what it shows
Create a signed link that needs no login. Scope it to the portfolio, one class or a single project, and choose production only, with financials hidden, or a full mirror for existing investors.
- Scope to the portfolio, a class or a project
- Production-only or full-mirror mode
- An expiry on every link, 7 days by default

Catch the data problems before the board does
When a project’s status and lifecycle stage disagree, the dashboard says so and offers a one-click fix. Projects that are not going ahead are counted separately, so installed and pipeline totals stay honest.
- Warning banner for status mismatches, with a one-click fix
- Not Proceeding projects left out of installed and pipeline totals
- Capacity by class, live sites and in-flight projects
